Snail

I've always been the tiny snail who lives
Inside the oyster shell
Peeking his head out only when it's clear
I disappear when I hear your voice.
Makes me nervous.

Sure feels like a day in the life of a snail: very despcriptive with emotion.

I like snails. Except when Anna lets them loose in the house and I find them dried to the living room wall. Isn't it nice when we find our words again?
