Dreaming The Day Away

Dreaming The Day Away

A Poem by Coyote Song

I listen to the robin singing
I listen to the rain falling
I dream of spring
of unfurling soft green leaves
of the opening up of
colorful and scent blooms
I dream
of spring
instead of paying attention
to my day ahead.

This looks like a poem that has someone who stays in the present instead of worrying about the future.
It makes you feel good as you read it
Great nature poem

Thanks so much!
I am very excited for the spring as well. It's time for the coldness to leave us and for the flowers to bloom

One of my favourite poets here, a talented and peaceful writer. This a tanka like love letter to Spring,
excellent.

I love spring and daydreaming about it is easy.
I don't look forward to summer. Too hot for me.
I enjoyed your poem here a lot.
