New Year's Eve

Here's to all those memories,
Watching the fireworks on that TV screen.

Thinking about all the friends I have,
The ones I've lost,
And the ones I will meet in the future.

But as I climb into my bed,
I remember one last thing.
"Happy New Year, precious moon,
May it bring happiness and peace."
