I love the way you have done this. You present just a small question that is filled with meaning. How many of those hearts...our hearts will find love? I was not acquainted with the plant so I looked it up and saw some of the medicinal uses for it...that leads me to wonder if there is a layer to this that suggests pregnancy and birth and loss as well. That may just be me, but this is full and ripe.

Thanks. It is true what you say, my question has a deeper meaning.
When I was a child this plant was quite common in my garden and I used to gather in my palm those small heart-shaped seeds, playing with them. I know my drawing is imperfect, I draw that circle around the flower in order to suggest its aura, or magic, or the fact that it is hard to really touch it, a kind of intervention from the outside scattering hearts over the land....some of them will grow roots. My poem it is more about loneliness and love.
