i paste a smile on my face

put on this charade  

do i look  happy

then it worked 

but the smile that

iv'e pasted

will be wasted

because i'm done

playing these games

i'm not happy 

i'll make that clear

what you say won't

hurt me

i have no fear

but don't confuse my sadness

for depression
