The height

The height

A Poem by Crystal Frampton

All the fairy tales were real,
Even the happily-ever-afters,
Oh how desperately she wanted to love,
But that would mean falling; and she's scared of heights.

Nice ending to the poem. Love is the game of chance. I tell people. Slow and easy. Allow the distance to become smaller when love had time to go. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

After reading your other poems, I appreciate how they are always so simple, and yet always so profound. Please keep sharing with us! :)
