Jill: “What’s your preference in music, lately?”

Jack: “Same as always. Dead singers.”

Jill: “ … Say again?”

Jack: “Elvis, Marty Robbins, Gogi Grant. Call me sentimental.”

.   .   .

Jill: “Who’s Gogi Grant?”

Jack: “She sang the 50’s No.1 hit-version of The Wayward Wind.”

Jill: “And what is it that appeals to you about Gogi’s version.”

Jack: “She quintessentially captures the wind’s yearning to wander.”

.   .   .

Jill: “Do you yearn to wander?”

Jack: “No, wandering is for ne’er-do-wells. True yearning is for romantics.”

Jill: “Are you a romantic, Jack?”

Jack: “ … I’m not sure. How am I doing?”
