Love is a Pest

Love is a Pest

A Poem by Dylan Macadham
"

A Poem in 8 lines

"
Love is a pest,
to be worked at without rest.
Why can't it be effortless,
and free of such stress?

If this riddle you can lick,
Please tell me and quick,
as life is too short,
for testy labors to court.

All good things are worth waiting for.. What a disappointment if everything came without any effort. Patience is a virtue. I like your poetry.
