Smoke.

Smoke.

A Poem by Daisy

The smoke that enters my lungs consumes me
It calms me
It cradles me
It understands me
The smoke that enters my lungs is deadly
It toxicates me
It poisons me
It hates me
The smoke that enters my lungs helps me
It soothes me
It hugs me
It loves me
The smokes that enters my lungs is just an illusion
It's a killer that deceives me
And although I know this, I keep breathing it in
And I feel myself growing dead.
