Little Boy

 

 

As the day that turned to night

The little boy shuts his eyes so tight

Hoping his daddy not that drunk

So he doesn’t get another thump

No one can see the pain so deep

From the truth he has to keep

No one knew why he was so sad

Because his parents get that mad

Little boy cries silent tears

While thinking of all his fears

Deep inside he is filled with pain

As he carries all the blame

His dad and mum beat him black and blue

But no one knew what he going through

It’s his fault that comes in to his mind

For the beatings from the moments in time
