Far Sun (Poem)

Far Sun (Poem)

A Poem by Damien Davison
"

This is a father's greatest fear. I hope this never happens to you baby girl...

"
The Dark one
Far sun
Distant and too cold to breathe

An ice touch
Slowed blood
Staring up in disbelief

Escaping
'Save me!'
Innocence is torn away

With dark greed
Heart bleeds
A stain tinting light of day

well, only a father can really truly feel the way you feel...i can try my best to understand but i can only understand maybe about 0.1% of it....you know most girls are also nagging and complaining about how their fathers are over-protective and don't let them go to parties and have boyfriends..they should read this...even they wouldn't understand how their fathers feel but they will atleast get a reason...another great piece:):):D.
