Hold That Line

Hold That Line

A Story by Daniel
"

For the emergency services that keep us safe its short

"
The emergency service's put their lives on the line every day no matter if they run into a burning building, giving life saving treatment to a patient or even just chasing someone to the street for stealing a few simple sweets,
These men and woman put the life at risk so others may live, they put it all on the line so other don't have to, they see horrors and unforeseen terrors that would frighten most people but they still get up in the morning and put on the uniform and represent.
I write this poem to show my respect and appreciation for those Past, Present and future who will put on the uniform and stand on the front line of crime, people getting hurt and people in need of being rescued or fires being put out, We honor the fallen, we say a prayer for their families on their darkest hour. We thank each and everyone of them for their heroism to stand up and say they're willing to stand on the front line with there brothers or sisters and Hold that line.

This is a really nice tribute - it's good to take notice of what those in uniform do for us
