Stay the Way YOU WANT to be.

Don't change you.

Don't forget who you were,

who you are,

who you are going to be.

If you can't make your DREAMS come true in this world,

then MAKE them come true on NEVERLAND.

Cause there the word NEVER doesn't exist.

You can be yourself,

You can be YOU. 

You can be the person you want to be.

DREAM and WISH.

If you can't live in this WORLD.....

Then live in Neverland

Be Tinkerbelle,

Be Peter Man,

Be Captain Hook.

Do not care,

who you are.

BE YOU!!

Wow, this is a very unique inspirational piece. I'm not even messing around when I say this, this might just be the most distinctive inspirational piece I have ever come across on this website. I was drawn in by the title(I'm a massive fan of anything relating to fantasy), and I had a feeling this was going to be good, but I didn't realize just how good it was going to be. I agree with what you are saying, we shouldn't be afraid to be ourselves, no matter who we are. All I can really say is spectacular performance, you have really written something here. :)

Thank you sooo much... This review made my day. I am glad that you liked this poem. Its just ever since I watched the movie "neverland". I started to see how this world changes us so quickly. And that is what I wanted to express in this poem. Its just you are not supposed to care if you are the tiny tinkerbell in your family, if you are the imaginative peter pan, or the scared Captain Hook. Be who you want to be. And that is what I wanted to express in this poem.

such a great philosophy here...be who you are...people often try to be something other than who they really are...and that false skin can be hard to live in and make us quite unhappy....love the poem, not the "U"....would rather it were spelled out...but really like this...especially the next to last stanza.

Thank you.... That was the whole point of the poem.... I see kids growing up so fast not physically but mentally. We as grown ups, make them grow up so fast. And that is why I wrote this poem, not only on the behalf of the kids, but for old and young.
