my dream

If I can dream,
i dream of a world
a world of no ups or downs
just silence and hope
hope that tomorrow will be better
hope that the scars leave
hope that my heart can get fixed
hope that I can just leave
my mind wonders to this place
but it wonders a little too much
i get caught in this dream
losing reality
slipping away slowly
as my mind clings on to that little part
that part called society
if i can dream
i dream that i can escape
and just run away
