Mr. Stroke

Mr. Stroke

A Poem by Satoshi IroTzu
"

Dedicated to my Grandmother. (She suffered a stroke 10 days after her birthday).

"
"Excuse me" said I.
"Nothing to stress,
despite all the luggage that I carry
I arrived in hard and heavy. "

"And now I am here to stay
this is my playground for the next five to seven days. "

"Oh, look at you ...
No need to bash your head against the wall any harder
because Your grandma was not getting any younger"

Shocked
in disbelief I ask
"What will happen next?"

It looked at me over the shoulder
"Curtains will close thus the show is over".

A stroke can be very dibiliatating and I've cared for people who had one. Most end up in a wheelchair which takes away mobility and then so many other things after. God bless you and her I'm getting through this crisis.
