Family Photo

Nate was waiting for another

Simply to walk by to check her out

His eyes were laser like

Set to lock in on the next hot blonde.

Dave got on one knee for me

Not to ask me to be his wife, no,

Only to plant bunny years on my head.

I was too excited to be a clown on a day of bull fighting

Opened to my favorite page

Green haired clown covers most

Along with the five inch tall actions figures

I wanted them all!

Ma held the camera close to her eye

To snap us up into a memory

Store us with thousands of other memories

With dust forming on top

Only to make us vintage.
