15 Minutes with the Spider Web on the Back of My Hand

15 Minutes with the Spider Web on the Back of My Hand

The spider web on the back of my hand

Reminds me of yesterday

Everything that could, broke apart

Emotions and feelings were trampled

Our friendship damaged by your actions

Cannot be trusted again

False promises reminisce

Shed tears brought the broken heart

Words only besmirched us

Brotherhood that was

A new world order

Among the broken glass

What could tomorrow bring,

Besides another hurtful day?

Time will tell, the spider web’s tail.

Wow ... I really like this one. Nice flow. Easy to read, but deep. Well done.
