A sad old man

A sad old man

A Poem by David P Carroll
"

Sad old lonely man

"
On a rainy cold day I sit alone again at home feeling empty and hurt sad and wondered if only I had the courage to say sorry for my mistakes in my whole life especially to my family I'm dying and I cannot come to terms to say sorry I love you I'm an old stubborn man who cannot express his feelings the illness is deep inside me and I'm afraid of death I sit alone crying every night each day passes I hear a word I love you but I'm to scared to say it I'll be dead soon and I could not say the words I love you I'm am old fool who wants to say I'm sorry for your pain because I'm in pain and its good night for me my love's because I am dead.
