A melody 
lies deep in me
A yet to be 
expressed epiphany
A symphony of 
Sympathy

Tis painful in 
It’s intensity and has 
A strange propensity
To make tears
Rise up… 
into my eyes

It’s a melody
Composed of compassion
Of love and grace
In equal part…
Its melody and lyrics arise
Fashioned from…
Somewhere deep 

…within my heart…
