Do Nothing

Do Nothing

A Poem by David O Whalen (O Haolin in Celtic)
"

Take leave of reality for a bit

"
Do Absolutely Nothing
For at least five minutes
Do nothing…
Absolutely nothing!
Stare into space…
Better still: close your eyes,
Clear your mind
Drift away
To your happy place
Put your mind in park
Let your consciousness take wing
Savor the dark…and
Do …absolutely…nothing!

Probably something we should do daily.
Sadly we do the opposite.
Probably why we're all burnt out.
