A Poem by Null
"

Wrote this the other day in a few minutes, nothing too special. :)

"

You scream at me, “It could be much worse than this!”

And with all the pain in your eyes I know it’s true.

But I’m a year ahead of you, trapped with all my demons

I’m losing myself; every fibre in me is put to the test,

Can you hold on long enough to save us all.

And as I pull everything in this room apart I wonder,

How strong is my outer shell to protect the life that lurks on my wrists from myself.

You expect me to survive the storm, but as the waves take me under

How am I supposed to make it,

When you never taught me how to swim.

In this moment, things cannot get worse than this.
