Relating To The One

Its an issue that is far more relevant to our daily lives and our individual identity than most people seem to realize. Its been expressing itself … in ways clandestine … in the nuances that we engage to speak of ourselves. A lot of the time … its impossible to represent it clearly in speech … and we are forced to simply … clamp it or roll it in a barrel … and hope for something coherent to emerge. It is however … no other … than an individual's perception of himself and the world.

The issue is best illustrated by the Indics … when in intimations of a nirvana-like experience they exult in the expression … ' India is the greatest country in the world.' That's probably made clearer in a refinement of view that translates … as … India offers the greatest freedom to any individual … to challenge his mind and passions on issues. Its like an understanding shown by the father … for the son to express himself freely … and to take the responsibility for that expression.

That expression is sometimes found as a total surrender of the will of the individual to the divine … and in doing so … the individual experiences a merging of himself with the life of the community … and is one with all. It exalts the divine in the affairs of man … and in the process … he defines the human experience … as the friend of God … in a relation that is equal in all respects. He is the servant of God … providing his arms and feet … for the way God expresses life on earth.

In the West … something similar takes place … with the naturalness of two hands coming together in a clap … when the individual … acts in total impeccability … not without regard for the consequences … but entirely consistent … with common sense … and the laws of physical nature. He doesn't stop to review his experiences … but knows that it is so. He doesn't identify that with country … or particularly himself … but asks the inquiry … ' Isn't everyone like so?'

To the social scientist … who pours over documented data … on behavioral studies … its got to mean something more than what the Indic or the Westerner is saying about himself. Certainly science will not presume to call its own definitions far more true than the living experience of life by individuals in society. Human insight on the other hand enjoys a greater flexibility of view … where that is undertaken by an individual … living and relating to that life in the society.

Scientific studies indicate that faith and religions follow a pattern that is consistent with an intuitive understanding of evolutionary forces in the world. These are then brought into unique expressions by societies around the world … that is relevant to each society's peculiar needs. Human insight would agree with that view a 100%. However … human insight goes further … by the nature of the living experience …to engage the forces of change that occurs in respect of the human condition … and communicate that in the social expressions that we are accustomed of the times.

In respect of such changes … it may be possible to simply categorize the world's humanistic evolution into two types. In the first wave … possibly up to 1 BC … the impulse of man was for division … and to bring himself to view his individual nature … where he lives. In doing so he was simply following his instincts on the issue … founded and driven by the anima past … that we come from.

In the second wave … commencing 1 CE … a world impulse to unite the several divisions created has manifested itself in human affairs … and its not possible to view one's individuality at this time … without in some sense relating to the individuality of others. This holds the promise of uniting our past notions of diversity into one coherent whole as the personality and identity of the human. And it creates an interesting report on the way … each of us relates to the experience of the one … where that one … is also divided … into human … God … and the future specie ( universal ).

In a general sense … its possible to see how … the entire world's population … actually identifies with different aspects of creation as the one that represents their abiding reality. As a result … when we return from our divisions … to the promise of union of mankind … we are faced with an even greater enigma … regarding our divisions … that seems to wipe out any notion of a one united experience of the specie. This has raised some very unsettling notions of world peace at this time.

The experience is not new. From the days of the rivalry between Hercules and Aries … a person may spot the close relation to personal identity between the two … that always showed itself as a provocative contest of wills. In the God experience … a person is want to quit on his physical identity and express himself in the formless image of the ultimate divine as living domain. However … in the pursuit of the universal … as identified with the future specie … an identity is cultivated of the physical anima-based body … that is expressed in relation to the domain. The difference is indeed subtle.

In the pursuit of the human identity … a person retains his identity of the human physical … but relates only to the experience of the world and not the universe. For that he subscribes to the God notion separately existing. In addition the human also relates to the future specie … as separately existing … on issues of change … especially with respect to gender identity … family and social natures.

There's no doubt that the entire phenomenon of experience is quite a thing to encounter. But in whatever condition we are in … we are provided assistance in our own way … by instruments that are working for world peace and advancement. Some of us may be in contact with such instruments … and are in the process of coming to understand ourselves better. I figure I've been a beneficiary of such help … and it comes from a source that … is in the nature of the Trinity … of the three divisions that I referred to. Certainly they seem keen to ensure that we all get along.
