The Mother Planet

The Mother Planet

I suppose I could have said the mother plane … people tend to refer to it that way … like its an aura … or cakra … or a dimension of sorts. But I've a tendency … to view life in a physical aspect of creation … down to earth … or another planet out there … revolving around its own star. The Indics described the feminine qualities in creation as infinite … and that sometimes translates into a sense of ambition in mother … that is beyond merely one world.

On account of her ambition … I don't believe mother is a part of the living experience of only the earth. So I find it appropriate to identify her with the Neos ( Neutrinos ) … as that which permeates the entire universe. Science describes the Neos as neutral … and we wonder if they have the instruments to measure … the subtle activity at sub-atomic levels … the way a woman … intuits and understands her life in relation to the universe.

And intuition … functions in a way to associate faith with knowledge … before we learn to be aware of it. And in learning of it … man has designed academic knowledge … to store the understanding of the subtle energies … in a form that may be referred to for future reference. The Indics referred to her as … ' Athi Parasakthi ' … or the original primordial energy. The dictionary defines primordial as … ' the original state of matter.' But did it also contain life?

Indic references to planets … conveyed a sense of a living jiva … as in the paramatma concept. Vishnu was portrayed as … lying down on the planet … Vaikunta … that represented Vishnu himself  … minus the borrowing of the human form. Hence living matter … in stars … transformed the experience into planets … that gave birth to trees … anima … and man. Science … on the other hand … conveys the active nature of the atomic structure of matter … but does not refer to it as living … the way a man or anima … live their life.

It occurs to me that … a human mind in search of its origins … is expected to do so by the nature it has adopted in the experience of man. As a child we view our origin as mother and father. In much the same way … man's search for his origins … borrows from his known experiences … in the life … and as jivan soul … he seeks his understanding of the world … or the universe … in a similar way. If the world is father … then the universe is mother.

In the context of knowledge … this helps the man … to process vast amounts of information regarding the manifestation of the universe … the creation of the solar system … and that of the world. He does that in a relation … very similar to the relations in the family … and the extended family of in-laws and cousins. The capacity of the passions to absorb and organize such vast intuition of knowledge … is quite extraordinary … and once we create an association between two facts … it makes a commitment to it … like the genealogy tree … and then grows with other suggestions of associations.

The mind engages the activity of the passions … and guides the criteria … for objectivity … and methodology. In perceiving itself and life in the physical atomic nature of manifestation … the mind is obliged to stay with empirical observations of phenomenon. However … the sub-atomic level … relies on the subtle nature of the tissue culture …  as the origin of thoughts … to create the activity of life …and perceived affection in relation to objects. Hence the Indics viewed the work at the sub-atomic level as life also.

A mother planet … thereby views all objects as being live jivans … and creates a relation to them. It is expected to be the largest of the habitable planets in the universe. Its influence has been fundamental to the growth and expansion of the passions in man … as the basis of support … for his knowledge of his self and universe. This is sometimes experienced as a fall in the nature of the man … the way religious text relate the experience. However … the fall describes … a break with the knowledge of the past … in order to create opportunities for the expansion of the passions.

It all rests on the initiative taken by the mind of man to understand and communicate with the passions … on the nature of the self. And that obviously takes … the required stages of development in the experience. Its a learning opportunity for the mind … that relies on human practices of taxonomy and epistemology … to undertake the individual's own organization of the knowledge he encounters. The self realization makes for a statement about the full development of man.

As a product of creation … man is at this time its greatest living account of the intelligence of the universe. He is its son … and sometimes mother … with an ambition to grow into the father. Our lives … at this time … provides us with tantalizing possibilities of such an achievement … as we steer to keep our faith with its promises. In the act of nurturing man … and in our search for our origins … we need to find a balance … and logical acceptance of how we did both. Its the key to its achievement.
