You have stolen my heart
And that's nothing I can change

I have known you for ages
So why have my feeling's rearanged

You make me smile when i'm sad

You give me hope and you give me praise
You give me everything i have always wanted
In every single kinda ways

I'd run across the earth with you
Just to be by your side

And I know I would be safe
Because I know the love and saftey you provide

So you can have my heart
Because it belongs to you
Treasure it dearly
And one day, Maybe I can treasure yours to

1. "Feeling's" should be "feelings." The apostraphe causes to read: "So why have my feeling is rearranged".
2. "In every single kind ways" - "Ways" should be singular because of your descriptors.
3. "Because I know the love and safety you provide" - This simply feels too long, causing the poem to be thrown off-balance.
4. "And one day, Maybe I can treasure yours to" - Firstly, you shouldn't have a comma here because you have no other punctuation in the rest of the poem. Secondly, it would be "too", not "to". I would consider rewriting this as "Maybe one day I can treasure yours too".
Now for something nice! ;) Your imagery is cute, albeit a little cliche. Your rhyming scheme is fairly good, too.

people literally will do things like this for true love.. whether it be in a plane, train, or automobile. love this poem, seems from the heart and not "written"
