Elegy For The Ashes,

Elegy For The Ashes,

A Poem by Deathless_Sorrow
"

Had to write an elegy for myself for a project in English class.

"
As you see the flames spread and watch the ashes fly, do not bereave, but rejoice! For this man has lived long and endured many hardships. His death is just another rite of passing in his long journey of eternal peace. Let his end be light upon your hearts and the sadness of his absence never touch your mind. Always remember the accomplishments and deeds this man has done and remember his love for friends, family, and strangers alike. When the seeds of sadness have rooted and corrupted your mind with his death, always remember his elegy for the ashes.
