A Poem Letter for Chixo

Dear CrazyChixo

Promise me when I'm gone

You'll always keep your head up

and spread your wings like a swan

You possess a voice many would die for

and with your wings you do soar

I cannot forget your face, no not in a thousand years

And promise me I'll never see your tears

For if any man, beast, or otherworldly being draw water from your eyes

I'll rain my wrath, like hellfire upon them from the skies

And when times get hard

like I know they will

remember these words

When loneliness creeps up behind you

Remember me and I'll stick to you like glue

When the mirror reflects what you don't want to see

Remember me and I'll show you all that you can be

When you feel like you can no longer believe in you

Remember me and I'll be there to believe with you

These words hold dear

These words ring true

and when hopeless despair comes

I'll be there for you

and now on cue

farewell, goodbye, adieu
