Illusions of a realist

Illusions of a realist

A Poem by Deidara
"

Thank you Becca for the inspiration.

"
I rack my brain for answers
to questions I'll never find
take me to the doctor
to tear apart my jumbled mind

You look at me
what do you see?
Is it what you want to see?
Or is it just the lies I let you see?

Don't pretend to know me
I'm as changing as the sea
So many mask adorn my face
I can't keep up the pace

Bring me to reality
This dream I can not take
Give me madness, insanity
shake me until I break

I see the world so differently
than you could ever hope
my gaze it burns so intently
while you struggle just to cope

Don't tell me it'll be alright
I'm tired of your lies
I take my place on moonlit night
I'm tired of your cries
