Poisoned soul

i wrote this during a history class one day...i don't know how good it is but here you go!

The poison of a soul

Is a dream left alone to wither

It eats like acid at your heart

And flies like bullets in words from your mouth

That hatred it engenders will change you

And you find yourself slowly dissolving

Into the murky sea of hopes

Melted down and mixed with iron obstinacy

To smelt the dreams of a new generation.
