Striped With Symptom

Striped With Symptom

A Poem by DepthWriter

Cushioned roses overlooking the horizon, as it plays with destiny...

Laying on a brushed bed of cushioned roses

overlooking the horizon, as it plays with destiny

I've this heart, which cannot stop- it swirls about

all of you... spotlighting splashes, volts of love

down, draping the images of the universe, filling

it with a desired temperature...

I've seen, been witnessed to life- from all sides

the nook of the world, to the center of the Globe

feeling the widths of disaster, to distinctions

middle core, the black plaid of evil, the disguises

of sorrow, the arc off course, passion heated up

flames burning out, candles gasping about...

A t midday " method was striped with symptom

and just like you see it, the edges of your eyes close down

shutting the aspect, the blue of the vein, pounding with ache

melting inside your souls, and as I sit here and watch the

blossoming clouds form cottony hearts, in the sapphire

They say time heals all lesions, but I have to differ with

this... for buried in the heaviest cavities of ones soul, it has a

retreat, which is enclosed within the weave, and no matter how

hard you try, there is never enough time to let it all go..and all

you basically, can do is screen it up with the times of the day

the new aims, people, and things in your life... for they too

help to put the stinging tears to bed, the pain to slumber

and the fears at rest...

You definitely live up to your name! Again, such great use of words to express these feelings of love and letting go. :)

I have been writing for five-years, been through hell and back. My writing has evolved from rhyme, to depth... a profound deepness for all things around me. I believe as writers, we all must be able.. more..
