Just Not There (Memories)

Just Not There (Memories)

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

A sonnet

"
Those memories
Are just not there
Not for the beg
Or for the borrow
And they won't be
There tomorrow
I could take your word
About what occurred
But, to my sorrow
My trust of you
At best is spare
And to be quite fair
Will still likely be
Spare tomorrow
