Pay no heed to them

Be agile and live for yourself

They said the goal was achieved after independence,
But in each house there stayed targets of dependence,
They said the wars have come to an end,
No one thinks of the communal war to end,
They said that we will succeed one day,
Who knew that the we was I this day.
They said that youth are the future of the nation,
Did they notice the selfdeath rate of the youth generation,
They said that follow Karma and you'll survive,
But at last one got served with what he deserved,
They said there will be no race discrimination,
Still they wear white to the weddings and black to the funerals,
They said that progress is evident,
But still prevails the immortal class intangible dent.
We are nothing but the puppets being wallowed into dismay,
Noone in this forerun is satisfied in temporary gay.
Noone hath ever lived a perfect life,
Noone hath ever lived a dentless life,
Noone has ever known the purpose of being,
Noone has ever spent ages for selfbeing
Time to arise! Time to awake!
Live for yourself. Live to the fullest
Pay no heed to what they say, pay heed to what your heart says,
This life is one and you have been chosen,
Not to hear them but to hear the inner voice,
We all are graduates from "they" university,
Time for us to run our own university.
Time to charge, time to enjoy,
Time to cherish, time to live.
