A Poem by Devinked7115

Knees worn out for a plea -
Grudges taking over...
All falling abruptly on me,
Soon, darkness be laid bare.

Such eyes cursed to see -
Until He healed my mind.
Such mouth hurting with insanity -
Until He taught me to be kind.

And In a world of err and hate,
Where reason can be too overwhelming -
But not enough to disgrace faith,
And His Love beyond any understanding.

Trudging on to the blurred lines,
I kept still with pride,
For alone I shall never be this time -
With my King by my side.

Beautifully put. The frailties of the flesh can only be healed thigh Him.
