SPIN DOCTOR

The lunatic talked
his way out
of a sticky situation
as nations fell
at his feet, incomplete
without his psychobabble,
the rabble rousers cheered
but he feared accusations
would follow suits of armour
plated words in an absurb
twist of fate
 
but wait..

His hazy desire
to spin politicians
around his finger
lingered in his mind.
He would find obscurity
no longer a bedfellow ,
his mellow manner
would fool the critics
as another Spin Doctor
was created on the day
Sanity seemed to lose her way.

The lunatic talked
