Interlacing your fingers with mine, we walk along life’s path

Holding on to your gentle hand I feel the softness of your

Skin making my heart beat faster

 

Standing under the night sky, now a cornucopia of pastel blues

Surrounding your angelic face in the glow that only love brings

Your porcelain face in my strong hands, I hold you gentle and safe

 

Walking along the path of love, we have overcome much

Our passion for each other deepens with each breath of our souls

As we talk I fall more in love with you as my life partner and smile inward

My heart is forever bound to you and its smiling

 

Growing older we are a step slower but our hearts still race after each other

As age is just a number, the flames of love are forever eternal
