A Poem by Digvijay Singh

I can love a rainbow and
not ask for its colors
The demon in labyrinth has me
i hold no right to wish

I don't pay much attention to contests, but when I saw your name, I had to check it out. Congrats for winning 1st, which is much-deserved with your powerful poem. Your words remind me of how being in a relationship (for me) has meant that I needed to mess with my colors to fit in. That's one reason I've always been such a loner. Love this poem! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Thank you so much Margie. It's always so good to have your comments and thoughts. Thank you ♥️
Even in darkness, perhaps only in darkness, can we peer out from it and see and feel beauty and accept it for what it is. Then go back to the safety of our cave.
Like seeing is different from doing, we can truly observe truth from the darkest of places and make no judgement, yet when we are amongst it, judgement seems to be all there is.
Very well captured thoughts in so few words.
