Holly Grail

This poem talks about the beauty of a girl and how struck you are by it. It also shows your deep feeling of love and obsession of her.

Looking pretty like a Sunflower,

Am lost in words all i do is stutter,

A beauty so pure and clean,

A smile so true and devoid of sin,

One that could cure a blind man,

And turn a commoner into a king.

Unimaginable. Beyond reality,

I can’t find a description,

it’s beyond my capacity,

I think am sick, i think i lost my sanity.

Disbelief and admiration. Both i feel.

So true yet it seems like a dream,

Almost like a highway, with flashing lights and beams,

I think i’m drowning in my own imagination,

I feel like i‘ve been granted absolution,

Your splendour is like an addiction,

Swallows me from within , I still can’t decide,

Is it love or is it captivation.

All I wish for is favor, favor that i see this beauty again,,

Favor that my lust does not lead me in vain,

Favor that this feeling does not drive me insane,

Favor that you will love me the same,

Favor. Favor I ask of you…...
