Dark Paradise

Dark Paradise

A Poem by dramamine
"

Make of it what you will.

"
Your sick, twisted reality of the dark and depraved.

Fazed and dazed. Crazed and praised.

Show me your dark paradise.

Paralyzed. Show me the remedy.

Give me serenity. What’s your true identity?

Be my ecstasy. Bring me misery.

In a world where your legacy reigns true.

Make your debut. Show your taboo.

Tattoo your memory upon this earth.

Sing your melody of rebirth.

Unveil your dark paradise.

I’ll give you a prize for your demise.

Your cries echo in the night skies.

Bring me to your dark paradise.

Abstract and lugubrious, this reminds me of the kind of poetry I heard in coffee shops in the 60's. Nice job on the styling and the overall moody feeling you have captured, not an easy thing to do at your age and experience. Thank you for posting.
