Mountain Top

Mountain Top

A Poem by Wild Joker

Been to the top. Felt like all the pain and struggle would never stop. Found out along the way that pain and sacrifice is all that ever remains. A broken man sits on that mountain top. He sits with a council of one and he'll decide when he's done. The verdict is always the same though. Innocence is to far away. Repentance is out of his reach. He's been to the top, and now only wishes that this pain would stop...
