The Common Realm

The Common Realm

A Poem by Trailblazer

I don't wanna visit no fairylands
Nor see some shiny armour of knights
What really gets me going
Is a common man with a fight.

A man with everyday problems
A man with extraordinary might
Problems worth migraines
But a will that glistens bright.

This person i say
Could be a woman too
I have seen women do things
Men can't even suppose to be true.

A woman with an everlasting nod
A woman with abilities elegant
Her handling of gloom
Her attitude of a revenant.

Common people should've been the term
I apologise, i correct it now
In a world of superficials
They are a big show.

Superficials i say
Disguised in common attires
A foot they set upon something
And ready for any following fire .

Some taste the earth
Some reserve tickets for the flight
Some cry over it
Some get over and enjoy life.

What i did was
A recognition of the grandiose
I am done for today
Ciao adios!
