till death do us love

till death do us love

A Poem by Black rose
"

love or death?

"

It was as if a thousand nails had pierced my heart all at once. Yet I knew my love for thee could never completely relinquish, but not a tear could find its way out of my blood shot eyes. I am sure my love felt no pain such as I, yet my mind dreamt of a thousand ways in which he grieved about the one he could never keep tied down. The cure that he could never quit grip. because to him it was  as though I was poison ivy , a black mist of lust and want. The pain I feel now shall leave but the one I shall inflict on thee can never be cured by another young fay. They do often say that he who lust for revenge should dig two graves. To that I say I shall see thee in hell.

I loved the essence of pain and spite blended together in this piece.
