The Sapce Between

It started out as something

That wasnt meant to be

And then as time went on

I began to see

 

 

I didnt want to say

Exactly what I felt

Did not want to admit

You make my heart melt 

 

 

It seems to me that there

Is this awkward bit of space

No one wants to admit what they feel

Wont find that special place

 

 

I know that I can make

You happier than most

But sometimes it feels I dont exist

As if I were a ghost

 

 

I dont know why it took so long

For me to feel this way

You know the words I want to hear

You know what you need to say
