Glass house

Glass house

A Poem by Laura Judith
"

This is about a boy, who is three years older than me. He is one of my best friends. This is kind of for him.

"
Once, I told someone
      That

The grass can be purple.
      They delighted in that thought
               I painted it purple.

Once, I received a hug
       Willingly
From a boy
       While my heart was broken
He said it will be ok.

One time, I let myself
     Think
     Feel
Speak what I thought of him, to him,
And that has shattered this glass house I spent
      Tedious hours constructing.

And no one is left to help pick up the pieces.

This isn't how it's supposed to look. The indentation is all wrong. This is also on my devianART: http://dousedflames.deviantart.com/art/Glass-house-146806912
