Random Musing 1

A Poem by Dushyant Thadani

The Sheer poetry of watching;
Just watching someone standing
In the midst of nothingness searching
Searching for the purpose of life, love
Questioning the morals one has learnt
Is now daunting me about the choices I've made

Will every single word I've ever written
Go down to nothingness or go become
Someone's last string of hope to cling on.

Will my love ever be able to see me
Or that is something that is an illusion
That is not meant for me

Is my life true and real or some fiction
Written and painted by a magician
Sitting slyly somewhere painting my every move
Laughing at all the mistakes I keep making
And giving me random props for all
The little things I unconditionally keep doing

Perhaps these questions are just useless
And I should just keep living
All I know is that I'm doing something for me
And just doing what I know makes me happy
I don't care if it's just not real
But I'm living it ain't I
