Living The Life We Hate

Living The Life We Hate

A Poem by Dushyant Thadani

Jealousy singing in our banks
When we see money in our hands
The mouth starts watering
And we take a job that's annoying

We start living doing something we hate
And come back home very late
And we get a trapped in our own fate
And thus we bite into the stress bait

Living the life we all detest
To leave the place, we can't resist
When we find ourselves in our death bed
We wish for a different life, and our eyes turn red

Lot of talk about stress? Too much work eh? This work surely brings out the experiences of half of the world's population... I can't relate more. Nothing like a poem to let the emotions out :)
