Life vs. Death

Written during freshman year.

Watchful eyes
or serene stares,
life began
for all in the sidelines
for life can be found
in death again
but love,
love is all they ever wanted.
And even peace
can be so chaotic
till the point it numbs you
and you learn to not care.
Even pain doesn't hurt anymore,
was that what you wanted?
And love is pain
and pain is love
when you've felt both
but not enough,
and a silent conversation
to ressurect emotions,
born again
but death can be found
in life again.
