Walking backward

Walking backward

A Poem by Cheavel DeLuna

My hair is longer than it's been in a while.

There and back again.

The oceans in my eyes

tell me stories of another time.

Another place.

Of glory and the grave.

The salty water splashes at my conscious.

And the ocean breezes doubt my will to..
