This woman arose from my past

A previous relationship that did not last

But some how you have manage to unwrap my present

A beautiful bond that you now resent

The fact that I am off the market

Makes me more of a target

But I will not condone in those affairs

I will remove myself from your cross hairs

Because situation has every thing wrong with it

I will not through away a life time of happiness for just one moment

I like the message in this piece. It seems like the character has learned from the past and choosing the present and thinking about the future. A piece about temptation and resistance... and the path that the character chooses to take for the sake of their own happiness.
