Gun Control

(Violence in the workplace)

Talks with coworkers at the watering hole are fun
Water cooler conversations are important
Bonding with staff, as we speak of urgent matters
Like TV shows and reproduction are good examples
Of how to get things done

We laugh instead of doing jobs
We chat for hours and let assignments lapse
The copy machine near by is spying on us
It can not be trusted with our secret stuff

Copies come in black and white and color
When we go to use the machine it quits
Or gives us paper jams because it's lazy
It must be shot and killed and tortured
Not in any particular order

If I had a gun I would murder it myself
And kill the toner too
Beat them up and bury them out back
And never say a word to anyone
Except for coworkers as I should
And do it just for fun
