A Stranger

A Stranger

A Poem by Eddie Mustang
"

I have attempted to capture that memory of a moment that I have never forgotten. It was at a local train station, around six. As I walked past the ticket booth, there it was, that window...

"

It was through this very window that I first noticed your smile; glistening, like a beacon from heaven.

Your scent, as you passed, was utterly intoxifying; From that instant, I'd surrendered.

Such witchery, such wizardry, you captured me like a magnet. That moment seemed to linger for an eternity as your sweet musk devoured me so completely.

I was stuck. I was marooned in your presence. I was hung up on that very second, that chance meet in a totally random world.

I was yours.

I just love writing, any genre. It's the words and the art of clipping them uniquely together to create a picture with words that draws me, although I don't do enough of it... I have joined for motiva.. more..
