Lost baggage

Lost baggage

A Poem by Effector Prime
"

Dearly owned unknown

"
I came to be as I
collected to a stretching point
I was an inventory of the most
desired recipes for the meal of life

I followed you for long I rolled
Concrete marbles escalators carpets
I was pulled I was bent and nudged I hurt
Oh but why should I come to be now unheard

Faces bend over me dogs annoy flies
pester the chill followed by heavy soot
is torture is torture
how cruel you are to gather
that a lost briefcase is just thick underfoot

I don't need a master
to lead me no, leave me alone
I just need a new partner
as one, to take on the unknown
